If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order with no reason or explanation before the order has shipped – once shipped, you must refer to our return policy below.

Return Policy

The deadline for returning an order is 30 days from the date on which the order was delivered.

Before returning your order, please reach out to [email protected] for return address verification.

Once the return has been processed by our fulfillment team, we will refund the cost of the item – shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please note – if an order is not returned in full, only the products returned will be refunded.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

• The order was delivered in the last 30 days
• The product(s) are not damaged
• The products(s) were manufactured by Raven Concealment Systems.

If an order does not fall within the 30 day return window or a product has been damaged – reach out to our team before sending a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product(s) that do not meet the above return conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the order.

We cannot be held responsible for orders damaged or lost in return shipment.

We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned order.
