LEAD TIMES AND ORDER STATUS
LEAD TIME - Orders are shipped within 1-3 Business days, unless otherwise specified.
ORDER STATUS –You will receive a confirmation email, when your order is received. You will also receive an email when your order ships. There will be tracking information on this email.
Log in to your account on our web store and you will be able to see the status of your order.
Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order has been received and payment processed.
Shipped: A shipping label has been generated and your order is leaving our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you placed your order as a “Guest”, you will not be able to log in and see your order status.
We accept all major credit cards and paypal. Your credit card or paypal account will be charged when you place your order. We also accept money orders or checks for domestic orders. International orders must be paid by credit card or paypal. Your order will not ship until payment is received.
If you receive a processing error, when using your credit card, make sure your billing address matches the address on file with your bank.
RCS ships all orders via USPS or Fed Ex, in generic packaging, with tracking information provided. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
Expedited and overnight shipping is available. If needed, please call our customer service department, to place your order, and pay for the extra shipping charges. 440-508-9000 ext 302.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, the USPS or Fed Ex recognizes, delivers to, and is a secure location. RCS is not responsible for items where tracking shows as delivered, but not received by customer.
If an order is returned to RCS as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the package.
RCS is not responsible for an order once it has left our facility. Signature confirmation and insurance are available on request. The customer is responsible for the cost of insurance or signature confirmation. If insurance or signature confirmation is needed, please contact our Customer Service Department. 440-508-9000 ext 302.
RCS has a flat rate of $5 for domestic orders and $35 USD for International orders. RCS is not responsible for any custom or tax charges.
RCS ships to APO/FPO via USPS.
Special instructions cannot be added to your shipping label.
RCS offers a 10% discount for Active LE/MIL customers. In order to receive the discount, you must first set up an account on our website rcsgear.com. Then, using your government email address, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and email address that you used to set up your account. RCS will validate your account, and mark for the 10% discount.
This is a one time verification process. Once your account has been verified, your discount will be automatically applied to future orders, placed on that account. All product pricing will automatically reflect the discount level when signed into your account.
RCS does not have any other ongoing discounts or specials.

If your order has already shipped you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days. The cost of the product is refunded, not the shipping charges.
We offer a 30 day return policy, no questions asked. Returns for refund must be postmarked within 30 days and be returned in new/like new condition with no damage, modifications or markings. You will be refunded the cost of the item, but not the shipping charges.
Please send your return for refund to the address below. Include a note with your name and order number. You do not need and RMA#.

RCS offers an unconditional lifetime warranty on our non-custom products. Our warranty follows our products, not the original buyer. We reserve the right to replace your damaged product with a similar or update product, if the original product has been changed or discontinued.
Most warranty orders are turned around within three to five business days from receiving the defective product. You will be contacted, if more time will be necessary.
If your Eidolon holster shell needs warranty, please remove your accessory pieces. Send in just the holster shell.

We do not replace lost hardware or lost belt loops. You are responsible to make sure your equipment is safe to use with your weapon, prior to using it with a loaded weapon.
